The experimental short film FROM HERE follows the inner journey of the main character as he reflects on his impact on the climate crisis and his options for action. He feels the desire to get actively involved but doesn’t know where to start. The many suggestions and recommendations for engaging in climate issues overwhelms him. Additionally, his high expectations of himself hinder him from taking action. He finds relief when he realizes that many people share similar thoughts and concerns. This insight, that no one needs to be perfect in climate protection to make a difference, gives him new courage. The film highlights the importance of acting as a collective, using one’s voice, and starting the discourse to drive change forward.
