Juno is dead. She hasn’t been around for two years now, but her mother Hanna still spends every day with her. There is an AI-controlled device, the “Echoehub”, in Juno’s nursery. This is able to calculate possible scenarios that the deceased could have experienced in the future from information fed into it about the dead. Hanna’s wife Paula initially thought the AI in the children’s room was a good method of grieving, but over the past few months she has increasingly reached her limit. She decides to put her wife into cold turkey. But Hanna is prepared to sacrifice everything for the illusion of a perfect family.
