Lena, a German student, and Ben, an American Jew with German roots, unexpectedly run into each other outside of a night club in Munich. They have not seen each other for years, nor did they think they would ever meet again.
The encounter leads to a long night in the city, with a second (and perhaps a last) chance for the two to say the things they never dared to say, portraying the challenges of the third generation of the Holocaust.
